By using our site you are responsible for investigating any claims made by owners or renters. We are not responsible for any of these claims or any action you take as a result of use of this site. USE THIS SITE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

    7. Our website, company, nor individual employees of EscapeToDeepCreek.com will not be held responsible, in any situation, for any damages or liabilities that result from the use of this site or as a result of the actions of a rental property owner

    1. As an Owner/Renter you are responsible for the content of your individual rental property web page.
    2. The Owner of the property assumes all responsibility for the accuracy of the information that they post of EscapeToDeepCreek.com If information concerning your rental property is found to be false or misleading we reserve the right to discontinue your listing without notice and without refund.
    3. Property Owner’s have all rights to the content that they list (information, pictures, etc.)
    4. It is the property owner’s responsibilities to validate the qualifications and intentions of the renter. EscapeToDeepCreek.com assumes no responsibility for any action of potential renters or renters.
    5. We recommend that you put your terms in writing and have them signed by the renter.
    6. One property per listing, you may not advertise multiple properties on one paid listing.
    7. We reserve the right to terminate your listing at any time, with proper notice.
    8. If you post a link on your rental site, EscapeToDeepCreek.com does not endorse the said link – the content of it is the owner’s responsibility.
    9. EscapeToDeepCreek.com is in no way responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of use of our site.
  1. Fees
    1. EscapeToDeepCreek.com is FREE for travelers and renters.
    2. There is a fee for advertising on this website for property owners. This may change at any time with proper notice to those who have listings on our site.
    3. Payments are to be made for services with a credit card or other online method approved by PayPal.
  1. Unauthorized Use
    1. EscapeToDeepCreek.com does not allow for the reproduction, distribution, copying, posting, redistribution, or uploading of any of the content on this site or owned by property owners.
    2. Any other use of this site besides for the purposes of advertising rental properties, research rental properties, or the like.
    3. Our site may not be used to send or distribute any type of spam.
    4. You are to not use this site for purpose that is unlawful and that would violate these terms.
  1. As-Is Agreement
    1. All features and content on this website are subject to the As-Is agreement.
  1. Refunds
    1. FULL refunds for services to owners are available during the first 30 days of a listing.
    2. Subsequent listing or renewals, after the initial listing, by the same party are not eligible for refund.
    3. After the initial 30 day period listings are to run the agreed full term.

    1. Our website may contain links to third party websites. We do not directly control these links and therefore do not take responsibility for their content.
  1. Changes to the Site
    1. We reserve the right to make improvements or changes to our site at any time without notice.
    2. We also reserve the right to discontinue service. You will be compensated for the remainder of your subscription rounded to the next month.

    2. There is to be no unlawful use of the sites content.
